📝 Description: House of R&M Lifestyle is currently hiring Sales Representative for the newly launched retail store at Bashundhara City Shopping Mall. If you are a confident individual who loves to connect with people. If working for fashion brands excite you the most & you are passionate to build your career in retail, then we are definitely looking for YOU!

📌 Requirements:
*Minimum SSC & HSC must be completed
*Minimum age 20 to 30
*Minimum 1 year experience in any retail store. (Prior experience in working for a lifestyle brand/ footwear brand will be given preference)
*Both Male/ Female can apply for this position

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Actively find and generate new sales leads.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Product Presentation: Effectively pitch and demonstrate the feature & quality of the products to prospective customers.
4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms to secure sales.
5. Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
7. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
8. Reporting and Coordination: Maintain client records and collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to align sales efforts.
9. Product+ Brand Knowledge: Always update oneself with product features of the current product line/ collection & have proper brand knowledge.

📍 Job Location: Shop#42, Block-C, Level-05, Bashundhara City Shopping Mall

📅 Working Days: Wed-Mon (6 days a week).

⏰ Working Hour: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

💰 Salary: Basic package(will be disclosed during the interview) + 2 Festival Bonus
