Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Content Designer to join our marketing and brand communications team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of visual aesthetics, an understanding of fashion branding, and proven experience in producing engaging digital content. This role involves creating high-quality static and video content, managing brand visuals across platforms, and ensuring consistency with the company’s creative direction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Design & Development
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
- Create high-quality static images, short videos, and Reels for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Produce marketing materials, lookbooks, banners, and graphics aligned with seasonal fashion collections.
2. Social Media Content Management
- Manage and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
- Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to optimize creative strategies.
3. Brand & Design Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, photography, and product design to develop cohesive brand visuals.
- Maintain up-to-date brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all design outputs.
- Stay informed about design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools relevant to the fashion industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Communication, or related discipline.
- 1 year of professional experience in creative design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Canva, and basic CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of social media design standards and content optimization across platforms.
- Excellent eye for design composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, styling, or visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools.
